My commitment to making things right
Hey! I want you to be totally happy with Vocalo Lab. If something's not working out, I'm happy to give you a refund in these situations:
- The app is broken and you can't use it for more than a day
- The transcriptions are way off because something's wrong on my end
- I accidentally charged you twice or messed up billing
- You haven't used much of your subscription yet
Monthly Subscriptions
You can cancel anytime - no hard feelings! If you're not happy within the first week or if something's not working right, just let me know and I'll sort out a refund.
Sorry, but I can't refund these:
- Bad audio quality (like recording in a noisy coffee shop)
- Languages I don't support yet or really thick accents
- Transcriptions you've already downloaded and used
- Just changing your mind after everything worked fine
- Canceling way later (unless something broke on my end)

- Tell me what went wrong - I'm pretty reasonable!

Look, I'm pretty chill about refunds, but if someone keeps signing up just to get refunds or uses the service a ton then asks for money back, I might have to say no. I want to be fair to everyone who actually uses Vocalo Lab properly.
