General Refund Policy

Hey! I want you to be totally happy with Vocalo Lab. If something's not working out, I'm happy to give you a refund in these situations:

  • The app is broken and you can't use it for more than a day
  • The transcriptions are way off because something's wrong on my end
  • I accidentally charged you twice or messed up billing
  • You haven't used much of your subscription yet
Subscription Refunds

Monthly Subscriptions

You can cancel anytime - no hard feelings! If you're not happy within the first week or if something's not working right, just let me know and I'll sort out a refund.

Refund Limitations

Sorry, but I can't refund these:

  • Bad audio quality (like recording in a noisy coffee shop)
  • Languages I don't support yet or really thick accents
  • Transcriptions you've already downloaded and used
  • Just changing your mind after everything worked fine
  • Canceling way later (unless something broke on my end)
How to Request a Refund

Need a refund? Here's what to do:

  1. Send me an email with your account info
  2. Tell me what went wrong - I'm pretty reasonable!

Fair Usage Policy

Look, I'm pretty chill about refunds, but if someone keeps signing up just to get refunds or uses the service a ton then asks for money back, I might have to say no. I want to be fair to everyone who actually uses Vocalo Lab properly.
