Hey! By using Vocalo Lab, you're basically agreeing to these rules. I know, I know - nobody reads these things, but they're here to keep everything fair and square for everyone using my AI transcription service.
So here's what Vocalo Lab does: you give me your audio recordings, and my AI turns them into text and summaries. Pretty cool, right? I've got a free version and a paid one with more features and higher limits. Use whichever works for you!
When you use Vocalo Lab, please:
- Be honest when you sign up (real email, etc.)
- Don't use it for anything illegal or sketchy
- Don't upload stuff that's copyrighted or private (unless it's yours)
- Stick to your plan's limits - I track usage to keep things fair
- Don't try to hack me or break my code (please!)
- Keep your login info to yourself
If you go pro, I'll charge you monthly. Cancel anytime if it's not working out - no hard feelings! Check my refund policy if you need your money back. Your usage limits reset every month, so you get a fresh start.
Your audio is yours - I don't claim ownership of anything you upload. When you use Vocalo Lab, you're just letting me process your files to create transcriptions. I don't keep your audio files forever either - I delete them after processing to keep your stuff private.
Look, I do my best to make Vocalo Lab awesome, but I can't promise it'll be perfect 100% of the time. AI is pretty smart but not perfect - sometimes it might miss a word or get confused by accents. If something goes wrong, I'll try to fix it, but I can't be responsible for any major problems it might cause in your life.
